What is Receipt Anything?

Receipt Anything is a free-to-try receipt maker, invoice generator and quotation app for small businesses. You can create professional receipts, invoices and quotations for goods or services, edit existing ones, add signatures, record payments, track customers and stock, and share documents by WhatsApp, SMS or email from any phone or computer.

Is Receipt Anything free to try?

Yes. Every new account starts with a free trial and no card is needed. After the trial you choose how to continue: pay per document, or a monthly plan with unlimited documents. Open Plans & pricing in the menu to see the options.

Can I edit a receipt I already made?

Yes. Use Import to bring in a photo or PDF of an existing receipt, invoice or quotation, then click any word to change it. The original design stays exactly the same. You can save the edited document to your records or download it as an image or PDF.

Does it work for services as well as goods?

Yes. Choose Goods or Services on every document. Service receipts, service invoices and service quotations have their own layout with hours or fixed price, scope of work, service date, location and a client acceptance line for quotes.

Which languages are supported?

English, Luganda, Runyankole, Luo (Acholi), Swahili, Somali, Hindi, Amharic and Tigrinya. You can switch language at any time from the menu bar.

Where are my receipts stored? Is my data private?

Your documents are stored privately on your own phone or computer. Receipt Anything does not keep your receipts, invoices, customers or signatures on its servers. Because of this, please download your reports and a backup regularly and keep a copy somewhere safe.

Can I install it and use it offline?

Yes. You can install Receipt Anything on Android, iPhone, Windows and Mac like a normal app. It keeps working when your connection is slow or off. On pay-per-document plans, creating a new document needs an internet connection so your balance stays accurate.

Can I record mobile money payments?

Yes. Every receipt can record cash, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, bank transfer, card or cheque with a reference number, and you can print your pay-to numbers on invoices. Partial payments, balances and overdue reminders are supported.

Can my staff and branches use it too?

Yes, depending on your plan. Add workers so each document shows who served the customer, keep an audit trail of who did what, and manage more than one branch from the same account.

Can I send receipts on WhatsApp?

Yes. Share a receipt, invoice or payment reminder by WhatsApp, SMS or email in one tap. Each document also carries a QR code and verification code that you can check in your records.
